Anxiety & Depression
We aim to de-stigmatize mental illness. All of us has experienced some level of anxiety or depression. With the pandemic, this level increased for most people. We can provide coping and self-regulation skills that everyone can benefit from.
Stress & Trauma
Depression, anxiety, & self-harm are some of the many ways that trauma can manifest. Kelsey is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) where she uses a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy to heal from past distressing events.
We provide a safe space to provide non-judgmental support. Kelsey has experience with folks across the sexuality and gender spectrum. She feels comfortable discussing the transition process and writing letters for gender affirming surgeries.
Kelsey is certified as a Positive Parenting Program provider. She can give parents simple and practical strategies to help them build strong, healthy relationships, confidently manage their children’s behavior, and prevent problems from developing.
Relationship & Couples
We believe two things are important in relationships--connection and communication. Therapy for couples, partners, and spouses can help those who are seeking change in their relationship patterns.
Our experiences have allowed us to work with people of all ages, across diverse backgrounds, and on the individual, family, and group level. We have also treated PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and more. We can provide a safe, validating space regardless of concern.
